Ashe County Schools is seeking to hire a full-time Child Nutrition Manager for Mountain View Elementary School. This position will become available as of August 8, 2024.
Qualifications include:
- Must hold high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to oversee all aspects of the school cafeteria
- Must be proficient with technology and computer systems
- Must be able to supervise staff members, receipt money, reconcile accounts, track inventory
- Must have or be willing to acquire Serve Safe certification
- At least 2 years of experience in food service is preferred
The type of work required for this position includes, but is not limited to food prep, serving, cleaning, working in a dish room, clerical duties, inventory, etc.
