Ashe County School District is seeking to hire a JROTC Instructor for Ashe County High School.

• This position is full-time, with 11-month term of employment
• Applicants must hold or be eligible to hold a North Carolina Professional Educator License as a JROTC Instructor
• Must be certified or in the process of certification as a JROTC Instructor by the US Army Cadet Command
• Noncommissioned Officers who have separated/retired within the past 5 years with a minimum of 10 years cumulative honorable service in the grades of E-6 through E-9.
• Waiver possible for interested applicants who retired from the Army and meet all requirements of ACS and US Army Cadet Command.
• Prefer experience or knowledge in JROTC subjects
• Pay Scale: IAW US Army Cadet Command Calculator
