Ashe County Schools is seeking to hire a full-time, 10-month, EC Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. This position is available beginning August 1, 2024.  

 

Qualified Applicants:

• Must love working with students of all age levels and ability levels.
• Must be a team player and willing to work with both EC and regular education staff.
• Must be willing to provide specially designed instruction to students with special needs.
• Must be willing to work on behavioral plans for students.
• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in:
• Special Education: General Curriculum K-12 (88091) - AND/OR
• Special Education: Adapted Curriculum K-12 (88092)

Pay grade is based on the NCDPI teacher salary scale.
