Ashe County School District is seeking to hire a JROTC Instructor for Ashe County High School.

Available beginning with the 2023-2024 school year this position is full-time, with 11-month term of employment
Applicants must hold or be eligible to hold a North Carolina Professional Educator License as a JROTC Instructor
Must be certified or in the process of certification as a JROTC Instructor by the US Army Cadet Command
Noncommissioned Officers who have separated/retired within the past 5 years with a minimum of 10 years cumulative honorable service in the grades of E-6 through E-9.

Waiver possible for interested applicants who retired from the Army and meet all requirements of ACS and US Army Cadet Command.

The application period will begin November 10, 2022 and is open until filled.
